This new AI Agent program, called Saasi Botai, is designed to enhance support services across the Saascharge platform and its applications. The solution is versatile and can be personalized for multiple partners, with a single purpose: to help, support, and continuously improve the services delivered to our partners and their customers.

What Is Saasi Botai, and What Can You Expect?

Saasi Botai is designed to support the consumers of Saascharge partners, EV drivers, and charging site owners by assisting them in locating, initiating, and operating charging stations. The AI Agent responds to user requests in real-time, registers issues as needed, and escalates complex cases to existing support teams.

The AI Agent can answer questions related to:

  • How to use charging services
  • Pricing and tariffs
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Operational issues during charging sessions

Imagine an EV driver who cannot stop a charging session and contacts a partner’s support channel. Saasi Botai can immediately guide the user through the correct steps,  whether via the mobile app, a credit card terminal, or directly on the vehicle — including instructions on safely unlocking the charging connector.
