How to use two-factor identification?

Saascharge supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for your EV Charging platform. This enables you and your partners to minimize risks and increase safety with this additional layer of protection. The system ensures a secure login via a 2-factor identification system available with a Smartphone application. For this, we are using Okta, the leading independent identity provider ensuring the best integration with our cloud provider AWS.

Step-by-Step setup

1. Download the Authy application

This is the smartphone application enabling you to get the code to identify your login.

2. Log in

This new login will log you to the secure new log in page.

3. Sign in to your EV charging account

Use your normal login details to get access to the portal

4. Scan your application and add the verification number

Scan the QR with the authy application and add the given number from the application
